About the Plan

Aligned with the Governor's performance initiatives and leadership agenda of the Council on Virginia's Future, the VDSS strategic plan identifies goals, objectives, budget and specific operational plans for delivering services funded by the federal, state and local governments (service area plans). Its vision, mission and values are complementary with the system's strategic plan.
