The Office of Interdepartmental Regulation (OIR) has been phased out. The Division of Licensing now regulates Children's Residential Facilities (CRF). The Background Investigations Unit (formerly a part OIR) is now a stand alone unit and has been renamed to the Office of Background Investigations.
