04/02/2019 Arrived 12:15pm Departed 2:20pm An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. Twenty children were eating lunch and resting. In an upper cabinet in the classroom, there are three medications for child #1. The cabinet is inaccessible to children but is not locked. 2.
