The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection Friday, April 12, 2019 from 10:40am to 12:18pm. The children were observed singing songs in circle time, eating lunch and playing outside. Lunch consisted of chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, green beans, pineapples and milk. The lunch/snack menu was posted. All classrooms were inspected today. Five children?s records and 13 partial employee records were reviewed during this inspection. Medication is being administered and was reviewed. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 03/26/2019 Shelter-in-place drills: 03/19/2019 Last fire inspection: 11/13/2018 Last health inspection: 04/30/2018 Total enrollment today: 33 Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed: Toddlers -5:2 Lunenburg Head Start I -12:2 Lunenburg Head Start II?16:2 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
