Technical Assistance:
Staff training can be setup to review health and safety standards with the Licensing Inspector for the coming summer programs.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Observed children transition into the after school program from 3 different bus trips. Snack served today was cheerios and fruit snacks. Emergency medication is on-site with staff trained in Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Description: Based on record review, 2 of 6 children's records are incomplete. Evidence: Child #1 is missing two complete emergency contact addresses. Child #2 has an allergy action plan that can not be put into practice as one of the emergency medications is not on-site.
