A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 20, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Upon arrival at 3:55 PM there were a total of twenty (20) school age children under the direct care & supervision of four (4) caregivers. Five (5) children records and four (4) staff records were reviewed during today?s inspection. Licensing Inspector observed children during arrival/departure procedures, bathroom/hand washing procedures, arts/crafts activities snack/meal served, group activities and self-initiated activities. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. The Licensing Inspector for YMCA Afterschool Care @ Mt.
