An investigation was initiated on 4/19/19 in response to a complaint received by the Eastern Regional Office that same day regarding staff not utilizing appropriate behavior guidance with the children in care. An unannounced on-site inspection was conducted on 6/10/19 and all staff, as well as the center owner and director, were interviewed. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, there is not enough evidence to support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There were no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
