An unannounced inspection was conducted on 07/01/2019, and follow up was conducted on 7/8/2019 in response to a self-reported incident that was received by the licensing office on 06/28/2019 regarding behavioral guidance. Documentation of staff-to-children ratios were reviewed, interviews were conducted and documentation of children's records, and staff records were reviewed. The preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation does not support a violation.
