An unannounced renewal inspection was done today 8/20/2019 beginning at 3 P.M. and ending at 4 :30 P.M. There were 57 children in attendance today with six staff present. Five staff's and five children's files were reviewed. Observed the children during : arrival into the program, afternoon snack, ,hand washing procedures and gym time. Discussion with director four year old in the program and the preschool standards that need to be in compliance, making sure that when children attend a different program that are required documents are in the child's record.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-50-A Description: Based on review of the previous violation notice, the center failed to ensure that the supplemental page that states do not post or not for release was posted. Evidence: 1. The most recent supplemental page was posted on the parent board. The supplemental page contains names of staff and children that are required to be treated confidentially. Plan of Correction: The site director filed the supplemental page during the inspection.
