An announced modification inspection was conducted on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from 9:00am until approximately 10:55am. The Department received a written request to modify the facility's license on August 19, 2019.The licensee has requested a modification to the facility's location. The licensing inspector completed an inspection of the classrooms, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen, and playground areas. The inspector measured the child care spaces, reviewed the occupancy, fire inspection, health inspection, and evaluated policies and procedures. At this time, the licensing inspector recommends approving the modification request. There were no violations cited during today's inspection.
