An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted between the hours of 9:30 am-11:20 am. 10 children were in care with 4 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, and engaged in group activities. A selection of 4 staff and 5 children records, the physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records, injury reports, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was also conducted today. An injury report dated 4/3/2019 for Child #1 did not include the time parents were notified of the injury.Plan of Correction: I will make sure there is always a time listed on the injury reports.
