Technical Assistance:
Teacher's placement of personal belongings being stored properly was discussed during inspection.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:35pm-2:30pm. There were 51 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 13 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 6 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed being read to by staff, playing outside, and napping. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children.

Description: Based on review of child records, all required information was not maintained.

Evidence: During inspection child 1 was missing: Proof of Identification and child 2 was missing 1 of 2 required emergency contacts.
