An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 10/1/19 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 09/04/19. On 10/1/19 inspector investigated allegations regarding behavioral guidance. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid".
