The licensing inspector conducted an announced monitoring inspection from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm. Currently there are no children in care. No records were reviewed. Compliance for standard 330-B could not be determined today because the ground is frozen and covered with snow. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-270-A Description: Based on observation, the center failed to maintain the facility in a clean and safe condition.
Evidence:
1. The inspector observed the center. There is peeling paint on the wall under the window in the block area. The return air filter is dirty with dust.Plan of Correction: The return air filter will be replaced tomorrow. The wall will be repaired.
