Per our conversation, please notify licensing regarding the effective date of the move to the new location 4090 Lafayette Center Drive Chantilly, Virginia 20151.

An announced non-mandated inspection was completed this date for the purpose of a request to modify the license due to a relocation. Observation of entire programming area to include the outdoor playground was completed this date. Measurements were taken for all 6 classrooms and observation of all bathroom facilities was made. A change in age range was also requested from 18 months-6 years to 1 month-12 years. Programming space provides adequate square footage for the requested capacity.
