The inspector conducted an unannounced mandated inspection from 11:20 until 1:40. There were 42 infants and children in care with staff supervising at all times. The director and cook were also present for parts of the inspection. Children were observed coming in from outside, washing hands, eating lunch, playing and during rest time. No medications were reported being administered. Six children's records and five staff records were reviewed. Violations had been corrected from the last inspection. Evidence:
1. The inspector asked to see the radio with batteries and no batteries were available for it.Plan of Correction: Batteries will be bought for the radio.
