The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced inspection on 6/17/19 at Hazel River Assembly of God at 11:00 am in response to a complaint received by the department on 5/30/19 for allegations regarding physical plant temperature. Interviews were conducted with the staff and observations were made relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
