Licensing Inspector arrived at 10:00 and departed at 11:15 AM to conduct an unannounced religiously exempt child day center compliance inspection. At the time of the inspection, there were 40 preschool age children in care with eight staff and three support personnel. Children were observed completing center based activities, arts & crafts, and playing outside. Two-year-old room was also inspected (these children are in care only two days weekly). The sample size was 18 staff members.
