An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted Tuesday, October 29, 2019 to determine the center's compliance with religious exempt requirements. The inspection was initiated at approximately 9:45 AM and concluded at approximately 12:00 PM. A total of 21 children were present during the inspection and the following staff to child ratios were observed:
Threes: 10 children and 2 staff
Fours: 11 children and 2 staff
Children were observed playing, building with legos, having one-on-one lessons with staff, coloring, playing dress up, creating Fall books, painting pumpkins, working with lacing cards and playing outside. Five children?s records and four staff records were reviewed. All areas of the center were inspected including the classrooms, hallways, bathrooms and outdoor play areas. Transportation is not provided. Policies and procedures were discussed and information disclosed to parents, guardians and public was reviewed. No violations were cited during the inspection.
