Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 04/04/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:57am-2:50pm. There were 12 children (37 points) in the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. A sample of 7 children?s records, 2 caregiver's records and 4 household member's records were reviewed. The children were observed dancing, singing, reading, eating lunch, and napping. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider. If you have any questions, contact Kimberly.Sawyer@dss.virginia.gov. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
