A Subsidy Health and Safety was conducted on 04/26/2019 from 10:55 A.M.-2:00 P.M. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of the inspection there was three children for a total of six points in care with the provider. Four children records, one provider, one household member, emergency plan, evacuation drills, first aid kits, annual training hours, chimney inspection, and posted required information was reviewed. The licensing inspector observed during TV time, handwashing, free choice activities, storytime, lunchtime and naptime. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
