A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 28, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 12:45 p.m. through 2:00 p.m. There were nine children in the care of the provider for a total of sixteen points. Five children's records and the record for the provider was reviewed and updated. No medication is being administered at the present. Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice. The home was toured, all emergency supplies were reviewed, and care of children was observed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
