Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:00am - 12:30pm. There were 2 children (6 points) supervised by 1 direct caregiver. The home, 2 children?s records, 5 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed engaging freely and playing with puzzles. There was an abundance of books, toys, and materials, which were found to be developmentally appropriate for the children in care at the time of inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
