63.2 Licensure and Registration Procedures

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 8/20/19 from 1:05pm until 2:05pm. At the time of entrance, there were 6 children, to include 3 household children, in care with the provider for a total of 8 points. A sample of 3 children's records and 2 provider/household member records were reviewed. Children were observed eating lunch and engaging in free play. Table sanitizing and parent pickup procedures were also observed. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, documentation of emergency practice drills and family day home postings were reviewed. Medication is not administered to children in care and the provider does not provide transportation. The provider stated there have been no injuries to children that require first aid or medical care since the last inspection. No violations were identified during today's inspection.
