Technical Assistance:
Updated subsidy training requirements to be completed by March 1, 2020 reviewed.

Comments:
An announced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 10/03/2019 to determine compliance with subsidy program vendor requirements for family day homes. An initial inspection was concurrently conducted as the provider has applied for licensure as a family day home.
There were three children in care with the provider. The ages of the children counted for a total of nine points.
Children were observed during outdoor play and mid morning play activities which included story time. Lunch and nap was additionally observed.
Records were reviewed for the three children in care, the provider and one household member.
The entire home was reviewed.
