An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between approximately 9:00am to 10:45am. 8 children (27pts) were present with 3 caregivers and 1 volunteer. Ratios were in compliance The physical space, 4 children's records, caregiver/household member records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, attendance, the menu and required posted documents were reviewed. A medication on site was also reviewed. The children were observed playing with age appropriate materials, playing outside and interacting with the caregivers. Interactions were positive. Infant bottles were labeled appropriately and cribs were in compliance. The diaper changing area was also in compliance. No violations were cited today.
