An unannounced renewal inspection conducted with center owners and center staff on June 14, 2019 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were 37 children present, ages 2 years through school age, with six staff actively supervising. The children were playing outside, eating lunches prepared at home, and having rest time. The school age children arrived at 11:45 a.m. from school. Five children's files and two staff files were reviewed and are in compliance. Please see Supplemental Summary for details. Three emergency medications for three children were reviewed and are in compliance. The last documented health inspection was conducted 2/6/2019. The last fire inspection was conducted 4/5/2019. Evacuation drills have been conducted monthly; the last shelter in place was on 1/9/2019.
