The inspector conducted an announced non-mandated inspection due to the center moving classrooms within the school. The classroom was measured and inspected. This classroom has more space and windows and is on the first floor. No children were in care. Please contact your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-500-B Description: Based on measurement, the center had a water temperature for hand washing that was higher than 120 degrees. Evidence: 1. The inspector measured the water temperature in the classroom and it was higher than 120 degrees. Plan of Correction: The director will get the school to adjust the temperature.
