A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on (insert date) to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Licensing Inspector conducted a Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection between 11:00am and 2:00pm At the time of the tour there were 82 children in care with 14 staff present. Preschool children were observed during nap, school age children were watching a movie and infants were observed napping cribs, and playing on the floor with staff. The director reported there were no children in care with a diagnosed food allergy. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
