Discussed volunteer requirements, linens and nutritional portions. Will follow up with center in regards to fingerprinting for volunteers.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 7, 2020 from approximately 9:35 am to 1:00 pm. Four staff were present with 11 children. Additional staff was on site for kitchen and administrative duties. Five children's records and four staff records were reviewed. Children were observed eating breakfast, being read to and freely playing.

Evidence: The record for staff #1 and staff #2 was missing one reference.Plan of Correction: The second reference will be complete today.
