An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on February 20, 2020 from approximately 3:25 pm until 4:45 pm. Upon entrance there were 55 children and 3 staff present with children. The record review sample consisted of 5 children's records and the required on site documentation for 4 staff records. Children were observed playing in centers to include,playing games, taking attendance and eating snack.. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover the Subsidy Health and Safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The results of the inspection were reviewed and verified with the Site Supervisor during the exit interview.
