An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 20, 2020 from approximately 3:25 pm until 4:45 pm. Upon entrance there were 30 children and 3 staff present with children. The record review sample consisted of 5 children's records and the required on site documentation for 3 staff records. Children were observed playing in centers to include,playing games, taking attendance and eating snack. The results of the inspection were reviewed and verified with the Site Supervisor during the exit interview. There were no areas of non-compliance noted during the inspection.
