Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 6, 2020. Upon arrival to the center there were 10 children present with two staff members in the cafeteria having breakfast which consisted of sausage biscuits, mixed fruit and milk. The children were also observed washing their hands, during music and movement, playing in centers and doing a cooking activity. The licensing inspector reviewed the physical plant, administration, required postings and documentation, health and safety supplies and procedures, nutrition and supervision. Three staff records were reviewed. Five children's records were reviewed. There is no medication being administered at this time or present in the center. The outdoor play area was not inspected due to inclement weather. Exit interview was conducted with the Program director/Lead Teacher.
