This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
An initial licensing inspection was initiated on 12/7/21 and concluded on 12/9/21. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Records and documentation were reviewed. Non-determined areas of the standards will be reviewed for compliance at the next unannounced inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
