An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/17/2019 from 10:10am - 10:50am. At the time of entrance there was one child in care with the provider. The age of the child counted for a total of two points. Morning snack was observed which consisted of milk and pancakes. After completion of snack the provider was observed reading with the child in care. Hand washing was additionally reviewed. Records reviewed for two children and the provider. The entire home and backyard play area was reviewed.
