A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/19/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were no children and one provider present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 3 children's records, one provider record, one household member record, and 2 pet records during the inspection. The inspector reviewed the emergency preparedness plans and the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed infant care and adult household members with the provider. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
