A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/3/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 11:15am and ended at 12:30pm. There were no children present during today's inspection. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
