Comments:

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection from 9:20 am - 11:45 am. There were six children in care for a total of fifteen points with one caregiver. The children were observed watching cartoons, playing with toys and preparing for lunch. One caregiver's record, one household member's record and five children's records were reviewed. Description:	Based on document reviews and interview, the provider failed to practice an emergency evacuation drill with the children in care. Evidence: 1. The inspector reviewed the documentation for emergency evacuation drills. There was no drill documented for the month of January 2020. 2. The inspector asked the provider if a drill was practiced in January and the provider said a drill was not practiced in January.
Plan of Correction:	The provider will practice two emergency evacuation drills with the children in February to make up for the missing drill.
