Comments:

An unannounced mandated inspection was completed on 02/11/2020, between the hours of 9:02 A.M.-1:00 P.M. Thirteen children were enrolled and six children were present for a total of 13 points with one caregiver. One caregiver's record, thirteen children?s records, evacuation drills, first aid kit, emergency supplies, water temperature, refrigerator and freezer temperatures, and required posted information were reviewed. Children were observed during hand washing, free play, snack (cheerios and milk), diaper changing, doing puzzles, transitions, lunch (baked chicken, corn, peaches, and milk) and preparation for naptime.
