Technical Assistance:

Consultation was given on the shared drive into the pipe stem to ensure all neighbors are not impacted with blocked driveways. The provider is currently installing a fence and some home upgrades. Please ensure all proper permits are obtained and displayed as required by the local County. Zoning issues are not addressed by the Licensing Inspectors as it is not in the Inspectors jurisdiction.

Comments:

An allegation was received that the provider was operating a second daycare in a previous home. Based on interview statements, the allegation is unfounded. Non-related violations were found during the course of the inspection. A follow up consultation visit was conducted to ensure all children's records are complete and in order. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
