An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 21, 2022. There was 6 children directly supervised by 3 caregivers within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with age-appropriate materials, eating snack, sleeping and being fed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Thank you for your cooperation during the inspection.
