The licensing inspectors conducted an announced monitoring inspection on May 29, 2019 between 9:42 am and 10:30 am. The inspector received a modification request on July 23, 2018. The center has added a newly renovated building to the property and is requesting to increase capacity. During the inspection, the center's classrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, required postings, and emergency supplies were inspected.
