An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/4/19. Upon arrival to the center the children were involved with playing with the available toys, watching educational programs and having center time. Lunch was also observed. A review of children's and staff records was also conducted.

Inspection began: 9:10 am ended 12:45 pm.
