Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 20 2019 between 11:00am and 12:00pm. There were 11 children in the direct care of the provider and an assistant. Children were observed completing art projects, washing hands, and preparing for lunch. The home is clean and offers plenty of materials for the children to utilize. Based on record review, 1 of 2 staffing records reviewed did not have documentation of a fingerprint check.
Evidence: Staff #2 began employment 10 days prior to inspection. A fingerprint background check was not conducted prior to the staff person working in the home.
