A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 07/18/2019 o review supplemental health and safety requirements.
n unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between the hours of 1:00pm and 2:30pm. Upon arrival there were 11 children in care, totaling 28 points and 2 caregivers. The Caregiver records and children's records were reviewed in addition to the records for the 2 dogs present. Children were observed during nap. Infants were observed playing on the floor with a caregiver.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
