An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Nine children were present (23 points) with two caregivers which is within ratios for supervision. Observed children doing a large coloring mural, floor toys, infant care and singing and dancing to music. Space is well equipped and maintained in all 3 areas that children use in the home. Lunch served today will be spaghetti with turkey meat sauce, fruit and milk. Emergency preparation for drills, first aid and CPR training and written plan are current. Reviewed both caregivers records, 3 children's files and annual training requirement. All are up to date. . If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
