An unannounced, mandated renewal inspection was conducted today. The inspector arrived at 10:50 AM and departed at 1:15 PM. Eleven children, totaling 30 points, were in care with three caregivers. A sample size of five caregiver/household records and five children's records were reviewed. morning activities and lunch service were observed. The outdoor play area was inspected. It was reported that no medication has been administered to children since the previous inspection and no children's injuries were reported.
An exit meeting was conducted with the provider prior to closure of the inspection.
