The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) assumed oversight of child care licensing and monitoring on July 1, 2021. All associated regulations and codes have transferred over from the Virginia Department of Social Services. Guidance, resources and training links can be found on the new website childcareva.com.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/15/2021. The Provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were six children present, ranging in ages from 13 months to three years, with two staff supervising for 14 points. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. One child's record, two staff records and one household member were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
