|
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Nine children were present with two caregivers for thirty two points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed free pay, bottle feeding, infant care and one child napping. Lunch to be served today was homemade chicken soup with vegetables, bread and fruit. One baby is still on a bottle only and was stored and labeled correctly. Diapering area was clean. Reviewed 2 children's records, attendance records, emergency preparation, training requirements and updated background checks. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
