The licensing inspector for Waynesboro Manor conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 7/12/18. Interviews were conducted with the resident, family members and staff relating to the allegation of neglect and proper notification. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
